About the Role
We are on the hunt for a Sound Engineer who's got the music in their ears and the animation in their heart! As the beat behind the scenes, you will work with our team of talented animators and musicians to bring sound to life in our videos.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and create sound effects and music that enhance the animation and bring the story to life
- Collaborate with the animation team to understand the desired sound and music for each project
- Use your magic touch to bring audio recording, mixing, and mastering to the next level
- Stay on top of the latest sound engineering trends and techniques and continuously develop your skills and knowledge
- Participate in team meetings and provide creative solutions to audio and technical challenges.

Responsabilidades:
- Trabajar con el equipo de producción y postproducción para asegurar que todo el audio sea coherente y esté en sincronía con los gráficos y la animación
- Mezclar y producir audio de alta calidad utilizando software de edición de audio como Pro Tools, Logic Pro X y Ableton
- Colaborar con el equipo de animación para crear efectos de sonido y diseños de sonido que complementen la narrativa visual
- Mantenerse actualizado en las últimas tendencias y técnicas en la industria del audio y desarrollar continuamente sus habilidades y conocimientos

Requirements
Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in audio engineering, music production, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional audio production is required.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of sound design and mixing techniques, as well as experience with digital audio workstations such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton. Familiarity with a wide range of recording equipment and sound editing software.
Creative Thinking: The ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex audio problems. A passion for storytelling and the ability to create soundscapes that enhance the visual elements of an animation.
Attention to Detail: The ability to focus on details and ensure that audio elements are perfectly synced with the visual elements of an animation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with designers, animators, and other members of a project team.
Adaptability: The ability to adapt to new technologies and software as they emerge in the industry. A desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in sound design, mixing, and editing for animations or other multimedia projects. The ability to provide references from past clients or employers.
