As our Associate Creative Director, you'll play a crucial role in leading our creative vision and guiding our team to animated greatness.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a creative visionary, inspiring and leading the design and animation teams to create visually stunning and innovative projects.
- Oversee the pre-production process, from storyboarding to animatics, and make sure everything is on track and up to snuff.
- Ensure that all projects meet the highest creative standards, from concept to final product.
- Collaborate with other departments to make sure projects are on time, on budget, and on point.
- Stay on top of the latest and greatest in animation technology, techniques, and trends and make sure the team is always pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- Lead team meetings and brainstorms, bringing your own unique brand of humor and creative spark to the table.
- Bring your creative A-game every day and never stop pushing the limits of what's possible.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field
MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the animation and graphic design industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and communicate creative vision and ideas to team members and clients
In-depth knowledge of the latest design software and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software, and compositing tools
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of designers, animators, and other creative professionals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, including examples of animation and graphics projects
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve creative and technical challenges
A passion for the animation industry and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
