About the Role
We're looking for a fearless 3D Modeling Maverick to join our animation studio and help us bring our productions to life! As a 3D Modeling Maverick, you'll be tasked with creating stunning 3D models, characters, environments, and other visual elements that'll leave our audiences' jaws on the floor.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and optimizing 3D models so good, even Mother Nature will be jealous
- Working closely with the art director to bring their wildest dreams to life
- Collaborating with rigging and animation teams to make sure our models move with grace and style
- Texturing, lighting, and shading models so real, even a blind person will believe they're alive
- Staying ahead of the curve with the latest 3D modeling techniques and software
- Meeting project deadlines like a boss
- Incorporating feedback with a smile (or at least a chuckle)
- Maintaining a level of quality that'll make Michelangelo nod in approval
- Most importantly, bringing your passion and humor to work every day!

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, 3D Modeling, or a related field (or a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating beautiful things
At least 3 years of experience in 3D modeling (or enough to impress us with your portfolio)
Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or ZBrush (or some other software we've never heard of)
A portfolio that'll make Mona Lisa say "Whoa"
Understanding of anatomy, perspective, composition, and other artistic principles (or an eye for beauty that can't be taught)
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines (or a superhero suit hidden in your closet)
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment (or the ability to speak emoji fluently)
A passion for 3D modeling and a strong attention to detail (or an obsession with perfection)
